  1. Based on your past comments, I don't think there's a QB alive on the planet that would be suitable to you lol
  2. Losing Renfrow because you cut him for a day or two instead of putting him on PUP is the most Tepper-era Panthers thing ever.
  3. If that's the case he should have made this clear to them back in January or February.
  4. See, this is what I was worried about. We get peanuts in return for one of our starting WRs. If one good thing comes from this I sure as hell hope it's that Coker ends up starting opposite TMac, but I fear they're going to force XL into a starting role he's not equipped for.
  5. Didn't want him then, don't want him now. Another "hybrid" defender that can't do any one thing well enough to even make an NFL roster.
  6. I mean, this is always the case with the QB position. But I agree with LinvilleGorge; we need to know one way or the other. No in between bullshit. Franchise QB or bust.
  7. That's like someone being able to run faster than a man with no legs.
  8. Both great route runners, but yeah. Renfrow is a slot specialist almost exclusively.
  9. Scrub. I certainly hope we aren't cutting any actual good players for him.
  10. I worry they're going to force XL onto the field to try and justify taking him so high, even when he's clearly not a starting-caliber player.
  11. I hope so. He's easily the second best WR on the roster; I'm not entirely convinced he's not the best, but it's hard to say with until we get a better look at TMac.
  12. I'm convinced this organization doesn't like receivers that can actually catch the football. Mark my words; they'll trade Thielen for peanuts and trot out XL as our WR2 and have David Moore playing WR3 while Coker rides the bench.
  13. poo. Really hope we don't trade Thielen now. Don't need XL out there dropping passes again.
  14. Our defense just got better by default with Shy Tuttle being released.
  15. Wouldn't mind having Sam Franklin back. Was always a great special teams guy.
  16. I can't fathom there is a living human man between the ages of 20-40 with two arms and two legs that wouldn't be better than Jack Plummer.
  17. If I were a bubble player I wouldn't consider myself to have made the team unless I'm still on the roster at the end of September. Always a lot of movement during that first month or so.
  18. Well, you'd like to think there's a better plan in place for QB1 but if you don't have one, yeah.
  19. I wouldn't assume Fitzgerald has won the kicker job just yet. We could very well opt to bring in someone else once the cuts start coming in.
  20. I'd rather hang onto "pretty good" players than trade all the "pretty good" players we have for picks that we'll use to draft players that are "pretty shitty."
