Person: Rhule ran the team at times "like his personal kingdom"
PanthersGTI replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
A worse Chip Kelly....who would have thought that was possible. -
Sounds like he is staying. Which is good, I like FItt and Morgan both.
-
I mean, I'm not here to defend Rhule. I want him gone, but I have to say that I was at the NYG game and there were so many open receivers ( especially Shi that game I believe ). It was like someone said before, they were open quick but the ball never got out quick. I also believe that offense doesn't have anyone taking over and getting these guys fired up. I know motivation starts from coaching and they didn't places like coaching too but there is no Cam ( and there never will be ), Jake, 89 bottom line that isn't taking anyone's slacking poo. Those guys were on your ass if you weren't giving 100% out there ( Steve Smith probably a little too much LMAO ). I thought Baker would be that guy, he sure talks a lot, but he ain't it.

GEQBUS. Get in the bandwagon now!!
-
No he didn't that was a bunch of Huddle BS. Keep Pounding is all over the place. They made a Sam Mills videos series this year for fugs sake.
-
It is gross. Give the guy time to heal before you throw him out there. The team and coaches have to look out for the human being too. ugh.

Aaron Wilson: Tepper's patience with Rhule growing thin
PanthersGTI replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Do we? -
For sure it starts from the top when you can clearly see its more then a lack of execution. Someone on this offense has to show some fire too. Like...come on guys, someone has to WANT it. Coaches can only motivate so much too. I wonder if anyone in that offensive room even has better ideas? I took a look through that staff and while there is experience it all looks like they are tied to Rhule or MacAdoo, but that doesn't necessarily mean they see things the same way.

Give me some hope. Can this offense be turned around?
PanthersGTI replied to Khaki Lackey's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think it will improve as the season goes on. The o-line seems to be playing better. Baker just has to start trusting and sticking in the pocket to make the throws. He is always ready to run outside and try to make a throw. I do like that we Shenault out there, hopefully we keep expanding. -
They also got it wrong a bunch, so did the guys in Buffalo. I'll give Tepper the grace of the next hire. He should have learned a lot here. I still like Fitt too, let's see him with a real NFL coaching staff to work with.
-
Probably having the wrong staff for 2 out of 3 years. If he had the experience ( not saying these same guys, just coaches who what NFL careers ) early on. MAYBE, just maybe he could have avoided this disaster. Too late now, he had 1 offseason to get a completely new coaching staff, QB and O-line working. He had every chance to succeed. He put himself right in the deep fryer. He's cooked.

Grab Your Popcorn (Rhule Wednesday Presser Thread)

Someone pointed out to him that people don't give a fug. -
Bail on us Rhule and take Snow with you. Maybe we can salvage a game plan for Sunday lol.

Is there any reason to keep Robbie Anderson after this year?
PanthersGTI replied to Snake's topic in Carolina Panthers
The talent is there and it shows. This offense blows. I was at the game, I saw him get open a few times. He looked good out there but the offense cannot operate. -

I am imagining a new coaching staff and I think no. I hope they trade him and get some decent value. He can still play but I think Shi Smith stepping up makes it an easy move to hopefully bolster the draft next year for the new staff. -
Are we at the lowest point in panthers history?
PanthersGTI replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Weinke and Clausen were tough. -
I can't wait for this to be over.
-
We'll know today. If it's really that disfunctional then you'll see it in play and sidelines. This team comes out hot and ready, this is a bunch of bullshit.

Does 0-2 put Rhule’s seat red hot?
PanthersGTI replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
No doubt. I'm always optimistic in the off-season but 0-2 is undeniable and I don't think Tepper hesitates making a change mid season if it continues to slide from there. -
This man really in your head.
-
So you saw the disaster yesterday, what FA are you bringing in?
PanthersGTI replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Unless someone gets injured, no one. -
Team fought back and had the lead in the 4th until 2 really bad calls by the refs changed the game. The defense stopped CLE from running down the clock when it really mattered, they refused to be bullied at the end. TE seem to be getting involved in this offense, I'd say Ian Thomas had a pretty good game.
-
I think if they continue to build on what they started in the 2nd half he could make a difference, probably a first down or two. Baker just needs a little time and I think this offense is rolling.
