Honestly it has been some of the funniest and enjoyable posts I have seen in a while. If there were awards for overreactions GOAT would get my vote.

He’s always looked good in the preseason. It is extended playtime that has been his undoing.

These preseason meltdowns. I don’t think in my 27 years of watching this team I have ever seen so many people dooming and glooming about stuff that happens during the preseason. Heck I rarely ever watch the preseason except when/if the starters are playing. I remember in 2011 I didn’t watch any of the draft or preseason so my first exposure to Cam was the Arizona game. I was told he struggled during the preseason his rookie year. I wonder if people were freaking out as much as this in 2011. I feel like the troll-doomers are a very loud minority. This entire preseason, from the fanbase perspective, has been fascinating and hilarious to watch.

A lot of the people freaking out are new accounts or accounts I have never even heard of but have been on the huddle for years.

Playcalling in the first half made me think we still had Shula as the OC. Run, Run, Pass, Punt.

Problem is you cannot win that way in the league anymore. This isn’t 20 years ago. Ball control teams need to keep the games close but if they start losing control they can’t really ever get it back. One of the reasons Fox and Rivera never had back to back winning seasons was because every year was a coin flip on whether we can win the close games or not.

The fact that Zod is being pooed for stating the obvious shows how many people on this board are deluding themselves into believing a lie.

I haven’t eaten anything since 6am and we have been so busy that I have been unable to get lunch today. So I like how you think.

And those people who base their happiness of a game need to get their priorities straight. It is “just a game”. If it was gone tomorrow nothing in the world would be negatively affected.

Lotta people after the last preseason game need to look inward and wonder “What have they become?”

After watching Hard Knocks episode I want them to fail so badly.

Problem with playing a team on Hard Knocks. I guarantee if this was a normal joint practice and preaseason game it probably would have been more vanilla. But the Jets gotta show out for the camera.
