As Panthers fans, we have seen some very bad QB play for most of the time over the last 25 years. I have to say that PJs cameo in this last game may have been the very worst performance by an NFL professional QB I have ever watched play, not just as a Panther. He was incredibly awful.

Even before the repeatedly dead-horse beaten topics I have had a hard time focusing on anything past halftime since game one. I think that may be a big problem with players too. I am half convinced that a lot of the forms of entertainment we have now create very short attention spans, especially for younger people or players. The games just feel so long. I swear by halftime I feel like I have watched the entire game. I debated on making an entire thread about this subject but felt like I lacked a lot of substance and would just come off as rambling.

If I could only figure out how the hell to mute you lol. The thread was supposed to be a descriptive story that might be a little more interesting or different than the same threads we have on here repeatedly. So, when we stopped the Giants on 4th down at the goal line, I laughed like a mad scientist mixing together chemicals with fluorescent colors and smoke escaping from the beakers. I was laughing largely in part of the fact that the play looked EXACTLY like something the Panthers would have done or the last 5 years or more (and years before that some with and some without Cam). It felt so incredibly satisfying to finally see another team pull an extremely dumb play. I swore it was only the Panthers who did stupid crap like this. Just as soon as I was done cackling, the Panthers bested them for dumb "Panther-esque" style plays by almost immediately giving up a safety. I guess....well....I guess at least it wasn't a bad snap over Darnold's head, or Darnold running out of the back of the endzone. Jeez, making "at least" scenarios seems so sad. What is this franchise coming to?

PJ looked really, REALLY awful. There needs to be a Three Stooges, Benny Hill, or other silly "whoob whoob whoob whoob BOINK" type music dubbed over him slipping and falling when he had the worlds largest running lane to run into. Did you not see his "revenge game" last year against the Bears? Fumbled for the first and only time in some ridiculously crazy stat and did a great Mike Tolbert SuperBowl edition impression by doing that and generally looking like a fat and slow slob.

One thing I know is that I sure am glad 3 hours of my life is no longer so invested in a Sunday. Ive been able to skip ahead with GamePass and take it down to about 45 mins. Yea, there are condensed versions but its basically a highlight reel for the other team.

I noticed that ever since Cam started at QB, whenever the starting QB (no matter who it is) throws an interception in a game, we have a much, MUCH higher chance of losing. It's almost a guaranteed loss once the QB throws a pick. I am sure there is some advanced stat out there for it.
