Why? Because he got injured and missed 14 games then went on and joined the Patriots 5 weeks before the season started and played in one of the most talent deficient offenses in NFL History? On top of a COVID year? That's what you're basing Cam's current ability on? Yikes. Typical blind sheep only believing what you read and hear instead of actually thinking for yourself. I'm sure you were one of the many excited for this season and believed this current team was a playoff team at the beginning of the year too weren't you? Lmao!

Rhule blames the D when asked about offensive struggles
Mr Mojo Risin replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Seeing everyone praise Rhule like the second coming after our 3-0 start to now seeing everyone begin to turn on him, makes me feel so good and happy. Thanks guys, thanks a lot. David Tepper, you're next bud. -
Idk but that #15 he's wearing is FUGLY

I'm sorry but this isn't a winning record team.
Mr Mojo Risin replied to Snake's topic in Carolina Panthers
David Tepper doesn't deserve to have a winning franchise and I hope he never does -
Did a cowgirls fan just complain about an opposing fanbase "crying" too much? That's gold. And probably one of the most hypocritical things I've read in a very long time

Three Reasons I Love the New Carolina Panthers.
Mr Mojo Risin replied to Panthers Rhule's topic in Carolina Panthers
#1 Absolutely. #2 and #3? No thanks. -
That would be awesome

Greatest player to ever play for this sh*thole of an organization. Why even post this? What's the point? The people here obviously don't care to talk about Cam so you get a thread full of meaningless posts like "hurr durr you sit on Cams laps! Haha!" from the morons that sit on this forum all day every day with nothing better to do with their life. Move on wait for Rhule to be fired and the Cam era will officially be over, at least for me anyways. This is why this organization will never be considered great. From the front office to the fanbase, completely undeserving.

We really rolling with this offensive line?
Mr Mojo Risin replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Putting an already shell shocked Qb with happy feet behind a below average offensive line?? What could possibly go wrong?! -
3400 yards 22 TDs/13 INTs Team misses the playoffs. O-Line can't pass protect and I have 0 faith in Rhule running a successful football operation at the NFL level. Hope I'm wrong!

So... Sam Darnold. Are you encouraged or discouraged
Mr Mojo Risin replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
My question is what happens with Rhule if Darnold doesn't work out and we miss the playoffs? How much longer of a leash does he get? He moved on from Cam Newton with an utmost certainty he'd have a worthwhile replacement come in and fill those shoes with ease. So far it's been anything but that. And if Darnold doesn't pan out, similar to sh*t the bed Ted I think Rhules seat should begin to get warmer with each passing day -
How? Week 17 vs Jets (When his arm should have been at the weakest point all season!!) 21/30 242 yards and 3 Tds. 8.1 avg. It's funny the narratives people stick to. Once upon a time Yes, Cam had a hurt shoulder and a hurt foot, but those days are gone unless he gets injured again which obviously is a possibility. Gonna be a lot of people surprised at the Cam Newton they see in 2021 though. I've been reading the bullsh*t that's been spewed about how he's no longer a competent NFL Qb all offseason long, going to be great to see Cam make all these idiots look foolish

If the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans were emptied of their water and replaced with all of Chuck's drool on these forums from over the years, and then if you were to pick up a seashell to listen to the ocean but all you hear is nails on a chalkboard followed by a not so pleasant gurgling sound you'd be awful close. To be fair I can't say it wasn't deserving at least on my part, I was being obnoxious and spamming the forum a good bit
-
To answer the question though I read his responses in my Chuck voice and they don't seem to jive all that well. Chucky was never one for proper pronunciation or proper sentence structure, but who knows maybe he's taken an English class or two since his last visit

We did! Just letting him know it's definitely possible
-
Yep! Happened to me after I was down on Teddy as Cam's replacement. I wasn't allowed to post in the main forum for about half the season

I think he's got as good a shot as anybody especially since stats aren't solely what they go off of. Steve was a 5' 9 beast who played like he was 6'5. There was no one else like that in NFL History. Ontop of that he was catching passes from Delhomme and whatever camp arm we signed to the active roster. He even survived the train wreck that was the Jimmy Clausen fiasco. The only WR that can claim was in a similar situation was Andre Johnson and even his stats are inferior to Steve's. He's also 1/3 WRs to ever achieve the Triple Crown. The other two? Sterling Sharpe (HoFer if he played longer), and Jerry Rice (HOF). It wouldnt surprise me if he got in, he's the most deserving out of any of those guys 100%.

I just looked, there is no one with more yards than Smith. Who would you think I'm wrong about? Marvin Harrison? Reggie Wayne? Andre Johnson? Anquan Bolden? Torry Holt? Nope. 2 of them have 1 more TD catch and a few more catches on him but no one has the yards. Just saying. Steve has a pretty great resume outside of a Sb ring and no HOF Qb throwing to him for the majority of his career. If any WR stands a chance at first ballot its definitely Steve
-
I don't believe there to be any WRs with better #s than Steve Smith has waiting to get in.

No parent should have to go through something like that. Even though I have no children of my own this makes me sad prayers young T.J. gets the helps he needs and lives a long and healthy life.
-
Last game of the season was one of his better passing games of the year so no there is no "evidence" his arm got weaker. His worst performances came on the back of him returning from Covid. Not because his shoulder lost strength.

Most physically talented quarterback ever
Mr Mojo Risin replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
If Cam balls out for NE like I expect him to this year with an actual NFL level offense and an actual offseason with the playbook and teammates, and we are still stuck signing JAG FA Qbs I don't see how ANYONE on this board can say with a straight face we were right to move on from him. It will be the single biggest mistake of the David Tepper/Matt Rhule era if Cam Newton can still play at an MVP level - then they had no business letting him go.
