  1. No fear of the new robot vacuum. It stalks and hunts it. PXL_20231022_164424594.mp4
  2. I don't have to tell y'all what I'm gonna be watching.
  3. The best at what? Offense? Sure. But they're always the worst at defense.
  4. Exactly. I understood the logic behind the trade. We were sitting at #9 and correctly judged that we were too low to have a shot at one of the top QB prospects. After playing considerably better down the stretch last season it was reasonable to expect not to be drafting highly in 2024 with theoretically better coaching. Evidently we targeting trading up to #3 but when the cost wasn't all that different to go to #1 whg not just jump all the way up? It's rare that there are #1 overall caliber QBs in the draft and the #1 overall pick is actually available via trade. The biggest issue I had with the trade is including our only proven WR in the trade package to acquire our new QB. DJ and Ickey probably should've been the two guys on the roster who just were not part of any discussions given that we knew we were bringing in a highly drafted rookie QB to groom and build around. But then we stopped playing on paper and in theory and started playing on the field and... well, fug.
  5. Now with that said, I'm not trying to bash Mack. Other than the baffling 4th and 12 decision no one is expecting Mack to get us any Ws with in game tactical brilliance. If you are, you're just not familiar with Mack Brown. Brown was absolutely the right hire at the time. Fedora had Tepper'd the Heels program and we needed someone to come in and right the ship. We just gotta nail the hire on his successor or it'll all be for naught.
  6. Mack has never been a great in game or Xs and Os coach. He's a recruiter and a program builder. But going for that 4th and 12 in that situation instead of taking the easy 3 was just... I mean, WTF was that???
  7. I don't blame the refs. Yeah there were some bad calls. But the D absolutely failed to stop the run and we dropped literally nearly double digit passes. Do those things and you're going to lose. It's really just that simple.
  8. Going for it on 4th and 12 in chip shot FG range with roughly three and a half minutes on the clock and all three timeouts in your back pocket was just inexcusable. Continuing to play a guy who was dropping everything and visibly coming apart on the sidelines was just inexcusable. Sometimes you have to save a kid from melting down when he's having a terrible game. As bad as we were overall last night McCollum's constant drops honestly cost us the game. I can't ever remember a receiver dropping that many passes in one game probably because they don't get an opportunity to do it. At some point the coach wakes up and yanks them. Not Mack, not last night.
  9. As terrible as Carolina played tonight we still probably win comfortably if Nate McCollum doesn't have the worst fuging night of his life. I lost count at 5 drops but I think there was probably one or two more. The poor kid was just absolutely awful tonight.
  10. 4th and 12. Just take the 3 and you have 3 timeouts. That was fuging baffling.
  11. You get good seasons every now and then and you always find a way to fug it up.
  12. The life of a UNC football fan. It feels just like Panthers fandom. It is what it is.
  13. We're off. McCollum has dropped three crucial balls and Maye just missed back to back should've been deep ball TDs.
  14. OU throws an INT to start the second half. They really might fug around and lose to a 3-3 UCF team.
  15. Well, what should be a great game is just outright rigged. They're making this way too obvious.
  16. If the Bears drafted Maye and Harrison to pair with DJ Moore they just might break their QB curse. Harrison and DJ together would be a PROBLEM.
  17. I bet they're fun at parties. Gus is one of the GOATs
  18. Good thing they didn't make him take an S2 to qualify.
  19. I think they're both for real in terms of being real good. But probably only one emerges from today as still a playoff contender.
  20. He'd absolutely still go in the 1st. Probably in the top 10.
  21. If y'all see a gentleman of stunning handsomeness in the stands tomorrow night behind the Heels bench at midfield in a UNC #49 (Peppers) jersey, that's ya boi.
  22. That's what we tried to do with this Bryce trade. We've made our huge swing move. We need to be more frugal and calculated going forward in the near term. We need to build around Bryce but we can't further leverage the franchise on whether or not Bryce ultimately works out.
  23. I'll believe it when it finally actually happens. Ever year for seemingly forever I've heard that the Saints' cap situation is fuged then watch as they sign big money FAs and part with no one of note.
