Then hire his ass a chef. If he's not committed to his profession then he won't make it out of camp. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

Hook him up with a dietitian to keep his diet in check. The trainers will do the rest.

Round 6 (B) Shi Smith - WR - S. Carolina
Jon Snow replied to Jackofalltrades's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's what I'm thinking. It's probably his best shot to make the active roster. Has a shot to make practice squad at least. -
Round 5 (b) - pick 22 - Keith Taylor DB from Washington
Jon Snow replied to Jackofalltrades's topic in Carolina Panthers
This^. Need to restock the DB pantry. -
I'm thinking maybe they try him at Safety. Not much game tape to go on. It's a head scratcher for sure. But Sherlock is up to something.

Round 5(a) - Carolina Panthers select Daviyon Nixon - DT- Iowa

I may have to agree with him. -
Round 4 - Carolina Panthers select Chuba Hubbard, RB, Oklahoma State.

Wonder if he can return punts and kickoffs? I would love to see that. Make his ass learn to secure the ball though. -
Switch to the NFL network. Although today the are switching to commercials and did the same with our pick they did show his highlights and grade's.

Exactly, I would pie you but I'm out. I have laughed so hard through this draft and the reactions on here. I love it. Thank you.

That's not including the udfa's. Imagine feeding all those guys.

It's a good strategy, if it works. I like it myself. It's bold and forward thinking.
-
Well you have to admit the depth is pretty much none existent at the moment.

I see the crazy train has got a full head of steam.

What did we actually gain with the trading down

This requires Sherlock Holmes level thinking. I'm digging it. -
Darnold has a chance to show Tepper his boner for Watson is premature.

Round 3(a) - Carolina Panthers Select BYU OT Brady Christensen

Good luck finding someone to officially measure them. -

Everyone brags they are 2 inches longer than they actually are dude. -
He certainly has to give the team a reason not to bring in Watson. My thinking is that decision will be right around the time the Watson fiasco comes to an end.

Round 3(b) - Carolina Panthers Select Notre Dame TE Tommy Tremble

Better yet let's see those elbows. -
Sure did. The staff is not going to expect the QB to be the entire offense the way the last doofuses did. It's the right approach honestly. And if they do get that guy that can be a game changer behind center the skies the limit.

...and 0 anything else -
Exactly, it's a completely different approach form the last dip sh*ts that ran the show.

The right system matters for QB's as you well know. It can make are break a promising prospect. If Sam's not mentally damaged beyond repair then oh well, it didn't cost that much to take a flyer on him. Hell, the way Fits is going about this thing in the end we may get that 2nd back and it wouldn't have cost us anything but time invested in trying him out. It's the perfect situation to be in for the team if you ask me.
-
Bingo! If the teams were smart they would have their own inhouse investigators to keep an eye on these guys to help keep their freak flag from flying in the streets so to speak. Am ounce of prevention yada yada.

I cannot put a grade on this approach until the games are played this season. But personally I like what they are doing with this approach. Whether it produces the results they were going for will be determined when the season is over.
