Draft should have been this weekend

I am sick of hearing Kiper saying same crap, McShay trying to say something new, Path to the Draft could just be reruns at this point and we are still 11 days away.

Stupid NFL.  They messed this one up.

Masters over.  Draft should have been ongoing.....MOCK THIS NFL

Wasn't there a scheduling conflict with Radio City that caused the delay? Saw some national guy tweet that the other day

It doesn't matter! The NFL is the evil empire and Goodell is Vader! Reasoning has no place here! *insert typical huddle responses to NFL topics*

Ironically the tweet said that whatever the event was that caused the conflict was cancelled. So I immediately thought evil Rodger had something to do with it

So irritating when they ignore the fans' wishes. Free Agency is completely dead right now and no one is being signed or looked at at this point but they used that as an excuse to extend it. Whatever the reason they used I don't care because they never had my viewership anyway since I normally follow it online while enjoying my normal TV programming. Kiss my ass, Guiddell!

Glad I didn't waste a penny on NFL...

    • I know what you are saying and can see the logic in it. But I really think Morgan and Tilis have a plan and will stick to it. Yes, it is expected that you sign your rookie QB to around $50M if you extend him. But lets say they really like what he did in 26 but are still not sure but he is demanding $50 to sign. While most people would hate the thought of franchising him, it could be an option. Basically you would be getting him for 2 year at an average of $40 a year (($25M + ~$55M) / 2). That extra year gives them a little more time to evaluate him without signing him long term.  Having said all of that, I am no expert when it comes to contracts and QB extensions so it may all be a pipe dream on my part lol.
    • I remember Gabbert being on that stupid reality show instead of working out and Cam working his ass off but getting hated on for having a fake smile and throwing a laptop out of a window.
