WE plucked three of these guys last year, counting Gaydosh on the PS.  White and Lester has significant playing time.

I dont feel like looking, but anyone follow Devine since going undrafted last year or the year before? I thought I remembered him signing with Philly as a rookie and getting cut. I still have no idea why kr how he went undrafted, or how he is still not on an NFL roster for that matter. Where has he been and what has he been doing up until now?

He played last in the CFL, where he had a major fumbling issue. 6 in 6 games. He's had some injuries and I believe he was cut by the Montreal Alouettes.
