What is kugbila role on the team?

Waste a 4th round pick.

Based on?

I'm personally not a fan of his but I only watched two Valdosta State games. I thought he had slow feet and I was kind of pissed he didn't work through his injury. He had surgery which made me back off on my play through the pain stance. However he could prove to be a player so I am stopping short of calling it a wasted pick.

His role is being a wasted pick.  Just like Clausen, just like Everette Brown, etc.

Wasted picks happen all the time.  What I want to see from Gettleman is if he can move on from his mistakes or have them rot on the roster for 5 years a la Hurney.

I talked with him Saturday at the draft party and he said he was 100% ready to go and said he was expecting big things. Talk is cheap I know, but that was straight from his mouth. One thing for sure though, he's a large human.

From my experience when guys are coming back from injury, they never use 100%. The closest you get is, I'm ready to go, I feel great, or the always popular God willing I feel like a new man.

What I mean to say is, most guys don't want to jinx it. So they try and downplay it, and never use I'm back baby. Kugs saying he is 100% kinda gets me excited for the kid.

if he can get healthy ,i think hes got the  range to play RT . a position he also played...

That is what is running through my mind as well. He is big enough to be a good road grader out there. Next to Turner, they would make a huge right side. He has really strong hands with long arms, so he can keep guys off of him. The only questions I have are his foot speed, and inexperience.

My dream line as of now? Chandler, Amini, Kalil, Turner, Kugs. That line would be a beast to run behind. Even DWill can earn his money running behind those guys. Now...how is the pass protection?

He hasn't played a down so far. 4th round picks should be on the field to prove they're worth a roster spot. If he were a 1st rounder it would be understandable that he'll contribute when healthy.

So...instead of saying this the first time, you had to post some snarky azz comment? Are notifications that important? "Hey look Spot, a notification. My life is validated."

I root for him. Sounds like a really good guy and potential beast on the line if he can get out there. If he can't, then GMan has a decision to make on whether it's worth keeping him around for future depth or moving on knowing he won't be able to completely heal.

Hamstring issues are a sign that the knee or achilles is about to go.  You start favoring it and then pop goes the hammy.  The Hamstring probably didnt respond and thats when they discovered the knee issue.  I'm not a doctor but I've heard this scenario before.
