Looks like a lot of fluff to me.  6 years/$60M guaranteed is only $10M per year guaranteed.  Not a terrible deal for a young QB with a lot of upside.  He'll never collect anywhere near $126M out of this contract.

26 is still pretty damn young for an NFL QB.  We'll have to wait until the full details of the deal come out, but this is gonna be nowhere near a real $126M contract.
