Which potential starter worries you the most?

I guess I'll be "That Guy". I am not going to down my team after 1 preseason game. I would rather look to the positive. We have a damm good team. I see no reason to get all up in arms at this point in time.

When the real bullets fly and things fall apart, then I will point some fingers. Until then? Yeah I can live with what we are doing. Every team has weak spots. But we are supposed to be perfect? Sorry, it don't work that way folks. We will go to war soon. And I believe we will win our fair share of battles.

But, after all, this is the Huddlez. Where fret and worry rule the day. So have at it.

I would say WR. Cotchery. We don't have great depth and avant is best in the slot so if Cotchery can't be our number 2 WR then it looks to fall on King who has hardly no regular season experience. I think King could get the job done but he is still unproven.

I also gotta go with Stewart. If he gets hurt again then we will have to rely on Williams as our main Rb. Barner looks bad so far and Reaves is a rookie. Tolbert and Williams would be an ok combo but in today's nfl you need two good running backs.

I would say Bell but we have Chandler and Gary Williams who can be a decent replacement.

I won't go with Cason because we have Bene, Norman, and Thomas who should get the job done with this front 7 in front of them.

I also don't feel safety will be an issue because we have Lester who to me is a good player and Colin Jones could probably be a decent replacement.

LT.  I don't know how this can't be everyone's answer.  We are putting our Future at risk every drop back.  Yeah, our secondary is suspect, but we have an amazing front 7, and Hardy has even been doing well in coverage so far in camp, too.  It's pick your poison to me, and the greatest harm could come from LT.

    • frank, that ball was very catchable where it hit his hands. I don't even think he bent at waist until after he dropped it. He actually slows his pace to position himself to catch the ball. That will never be a pass I'd blame on the QB.   NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-54-54.mp4
    • https://overthecap.com/position/left-guard   Lewis is the 9th highest paid Left Guard in the league. I bet it was higher when the deal was done two years ago.    https://overthecap.com/position/right-guard Hunt #3 highest Right Guard   There is a tab in the upper left portion of the graphic that allows looking at the different positions.
    • It was a great play, but a better catch than throw. The TE boxes out Moehrig for position. Jumps to catch the ball. Catches it and turns 180 degrees while he's still in the air. Comes down and toe taps to stay in bounds and lunges for the goal post. That first part where he boxes out Moehrig for the ball is huge. If he doesn't do that and simply fades back to catch the ball (this is why Bryce doesn't trust XL), then Moehrig likely undercuts the pass for a break up or INT. Stafford trusts his receivers to make plays for him. Here I slowed it down so you can see it. Great play but amazing catch and score by the TE.  NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-45-32.mp4 NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-44-37.mp4
