How in the world is Madden an overall better game?

Does no one know the answer to my online gameplay question? Or if they have a ps4 they want to sell?

 

 

It looks like EA shuts down the Madden service several years after the game is released, for example the last Madden game to be taken offline is Madden 11.  http://www.ea.com/1/service-updates

 

 

2K on the otherhand appears to shut their online service down sooner.  NBA 2k13 was taken offline about a year and a half after the release.  http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2014/02/28/nba-2k13-online-servers-being-shut-down-at-the-end-of-march/

Get NBA2k.  The last few releases were pretty awesome and the gameplay feels right, mostly.

 

I stopped getting Madden games after getting burnt.  Everyone ALWAYS says "Best Madden Yet!" but then 1-2 months in they realize the same issues plague it.  They'll get blinded by some improved graphics until the gameplay shows its true colors.  Fact is, no competition is not good.

 

It's true the last good NFL game was 2k5 with TO, and it was only $20.  So much in fact, people still play that game on ps2 and update rosters each year.  The animations are still better than Madden 10 years later.

Yeah I'm addicted to MUT.  Pretty much the only reason I buy Madden.  Once NHL and FIFA come out, I'll be doing the same on there.
