Don't remember him getting bashed either, I recall him having really only one bad game against NE. I said in the off-season he checks all the boxes, height, tackling, physicality, smarts, instincts,  he does a little of everything. He seems to improved in the off-season and he comes of way more confident and self-assured. I'll be keeping a eye on him in particular tonight. Don't know if he'll be a shut down guy but I envision him as a poor man Ty Law.

Seems to me that White is second to Cason right now.  Add that if Norman can play more disciplined and within the scheme, he could see a lot more time as the season unfolds.  That takes nothing away from White though who has been solid.

I find it interesting that before the season the secondary was routined bashed but might be a strength for us moving forward.

Good look by gettleman getting white in here as a UDFA.

But he's a dumbass, doesn't know what the fug he's doing

I mean Gettleman hitting on White doesn't really reflect one way or another on his abilities as a GM. UDFA's are simply a number game, you bring a bunch in and every once in a while you get lucky on one. Hurney brought in Bell does that somehow make him a decent GM?

Gettleman could be a great GM but its to early to tell. It does seem like he is drafting and evaluating talent well though so far.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
