Questions about today's game...

Had to work:  my day job required me to watch 4+ hours of golf.  It, um, yeah.

So, I followed the game on GC but wasn't able to watch, and thus I have some questions.

Overall, how did Turner and Silatolu look?  I've heard Turner looked good on the Stewart score, but other than that, how'd they do?  I've also read that Bell looked good, but how'd Chandler look?

Secondly, did Star or Short have any standout moments, or was the pass rush mostly on the defensive ends?

Lastly, since Benjamin was credited with three drops, were any of them his fault or were there mitigating circumstances that made them difficult or impossible catches?

Secondary Balled out hard.

Kelvin dropped damn near everything thrown his way, then made up for it with a  retarded back shoulder one handed catch.

Guards were abused, but it was to be expected.

Stafford played like the overrated QB he is, now 1-5000 against winning teams

Cam looked good honestly. A little rusty at first but came out strong in the second half. Looked fine with the new Receivers

overall great team win.

    • Actually we like to run more than most, and the dropoff isn't that drastic. We seem to be pretty much middle of the road. The Facons, Bucs, Browns and Bengals are the ones where running drops off markedly when they start trailing. Our line, like I said, is somewhat middle of the road.  As to whether or not if it's good or bad is anyone's guess by looking at this. I suspect people who like Old school football won't be upset at this at all. The thing is, we would have to know the game scripts and the situations, as running and or passing making sense is contextual. I know that I haven't necessarily been enamored with Canales's situational play calling. At the end of the day, I believe in using the run to set up the pass and the pass to set up the run, and trying to keep the opposition off balance, but I still believe that you should run it down their throats if they can't stop it.
    • Hey alright baseball is awesome.  I cheer for the Braves but I watch all 30 teams.  I pay for MLB TV and both local teams because I'm insane.🙃
    • Because he's from Charlotte, grew up a Panthers fan, and could still make amazing money as an elite LG for his hometown team. And while I think he's a quality starting LT, he's not a Top 5 type of player either.  If he could prove to be a true elite LG, the money might not be that different than what he could make as a LT anyways. I'm not saying he will, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities.
