I aint saying it as our main offense , im just saying why dont we use it more often , we dont have to use it every drive.

A fast tempo offense fits our players better then this conservative crap , just look at seattles offensive tempo, we have just as much / more talent then seattle and they drive down with ease because of the fast pace tempo

Not really. Keeping a ferrari at 100 isn't as hard on the engine as stop and go city driving.

Your theory, destroyed.

This offense ain't no Ferrari I'll tell you that much. With this oline it's more like a old tricked out Honda civic. It can go fast if you want but your always afraid it will break and leave you on the side of the road

David Newton:

Bears game

Cam in no-huddle: 8 of 11 for 124 yards, 1 TD.

Cam rest of game: 8 of 24 for 131 yardds, 1 TD

Ravens game

Cam in no-huddle: 8-for-12 for 135 yards, 1 TD

Cam rest of game: 6-for-13 for 62 yards

The Panthers don’t run the no-huddle to speed the game up as some teams do. They typically use most of the 40 seconds between plays and the 25 seconds after the ball is declared ready for play before making the snap.

They run it in much the same way as Peyton Manning does at Denver, letting Newton make adjustments at the line and giving the defense no opportunity to substitute.

...

"He reacts to a lot of things and he makes a lot of good decisions when we put it in his hands like that," coach Ron Rivera said of Newton in the no-huddle. "That’s something he thrives on."

...

Kalil:

"He does a good job of recognizing the defense and he does a good job of keeping it going," center Ryan Kalil said. "I thought obviously we were able to get in more of a rhythm."

...

Cam:

"When you look at us running the no-huddle, it’s not us trying to run fast," Newton said. "It’s just trying to tempo the defense. We can’t allow the defense to pin their ears back and stay fresh on every down.

"We have as athletic of offensive linemen as I’ve been around. We have great endurance, so we use that as our edge for each and every game."

Shula on how often he plans to let Cam go no-huddle:

"If we thought there was a huge difference, yeah, we’d be doing it 100 percent. But like I said, it’s good to have balance."

"I don’t think you want to go to it the whole game. If we weren’t good at it, we probably wouldn’t be doing it at all. Each week you decide if and how much you want to use it. I don’t think we’ll ever just do it the whole game."
