I was just watching the game again on Rewind and saw the 1st half TD by Forte. I swear Luke was blocked in the back about as bad as I have ever seen on that play. Right?

I remember thinking that too. Seems like our d-line and backers have been getting held or illegally blocked a lot with no calls.

Blocks in the back are not called almost as much as holding penalties

I think there is a difference between blocking someone steadily from behind and actually hitting someone with a block.

On the Jeffrey screen TD one of the blockers had a handful of jersey and looked like hands were outside of Cason.

Ever since Jerry got involved with Referee pay I've felt we've been getting the shaft on calls. Especially at home. I was very shocked to see them pick up the flag against NE last year on that last play.

 

It seems the refs are letting some egregious holding slide this year in favor of ticky tack calls on the outsides on DB's and WR's. Last year it was tapping QB's.

The reffs will never see it all. There are time we get away with things as well. We just ignore that stuff. This is normal fanbase activity blame the reffs.

There was one play in the game where the play clock was at zero for at least 1.5 seconds when the Bears were on offense.

I was supprised they allowed 2 late hits on philly brown. That was uncalled for and the flags should have flown.

On Jeffery's big 3rd and 15 conversion where I believe TD missed the tackle short of the first.
