Total meltdown on Falcons board

apparently they are pissed they missed much of their game due to our game playing. This game is making them realize how much they suck and they are having a serious reality check. To make things better, when the game switched over for them they were losing as they have been.... on a side note, it maybe one or two classy folks on their board.... and yes I lurk there it has been pure comedy this season. Its been brewing for 3 weeks...

That must have been in locations outside of Atlanta, because they switched me from the Panthers to the Falcan'ts on their opening kick-off. Had to finish the game and watch Rivera herp derp a win away on my computer.

This, if you are in the home market it would go to your game. Outside oh well

Even if they win, we are still ahead of them because 3-2-1 > 3-3.

with the way the first part of this season has gone i'm just hoping the rest of the south racks up NFC losses

knowing what happened last season with us it would really suck if the falcons or saints started to get hot late in the year and snatched the division away

You must live near ATL

Sorry I didn't read your full post.

You answered my question in your first sentence.

    • Jake in his prime was a gutsy QB. But just like with even someone like Cam. Father time is undefeated. It's very unfortunate we have a guy who is only 24 years old that has an equivalent arm to that. Absolutely blows my mind that our brain trust lacked the basic common sense to value arm talent when making a massive trade with ramifications for years to come. Unforgivable incompetence.
    • Jake, to me, will always hold a special place in my heart.  I really feel like for his era, he deserved way more love than he got, and should’ve had more than his one Pro Bowl.  He was a gamer with an underrated rocket arm. but let me tell you, after his Tommy John surgery, when he came back, I can’t remember who it was against, but it think it was a division game, he threw a ball that was supposed to be a throw away, as I think he was under pressure, and that poo floated forever and died right at the boundary where a defender ran over and picked it off.  One of the worst throws I ever saw.  His arm just wasn’t the same after the injury and surgery.  All that to say, that’s what almost every Bryce throw to the sidelines looks like to me.
    • And again, when watching him in college he had one distinct trait that I feel makes a franchise QB - on those plays when everything breaks down around him, he creates one on his own.  He doesn’t rely on or need everyone else.  That play last night on the final drive where he was getting sacked and threw it to Diggs before his knee hit the ground?  He does similar things all the time.  Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, etc., they all do it.  It’s what made Cam so special. but we picked a guy that’s the opposite of that.  He desperately needs someone else to make a play for him because he can’t.  Even that play yesterday on 4th down to Horn.  That wasn’t a great pass.  The defender was late and came down to make a play in the ball and Bryce threw it high and outside where Horn had to leave his feet and really use strong hands to catch it.  We relied on a 5’9” rookie playing in his first pro game to make THAT catch at THAT time bc of the early turnovers and a not great throw.  Crazy.
