How do you feel as a Panthers fan if John Fox and the Broncos win the superbowl?

For me it would be frustrating. It seems like coaches and players leave our organization and they go on to succeed. I think there is a issue with the decision making at a higher level. We get rid of the wrong players. We hold on to mediocre players too long. Look at our offensive line situation. I'm not a professional football mind but there is no way Byron Bell and Nate Chandler would be my starting offensive tackles period. I just wanted to vent before sunday if we lose. Maybe it is Jerry Richardson as a owner. Not saying he doesn't want to win, maybe he just don't know how to put the right personnel in place. I will always be a die hard Panthers fan. I just want us to be champions one day.

A little annoyed, but not in the same manner as OP.  I'd be annoyed that he lucked into an amazing situation that's making him look better than he is.  If he had left the Panthers, went to a team that wasn't already stacked and being prepped for success (signing of Peyton Manning) and built them into a successful team I would have no resentment.  But it wouldn't be something that kept me up at night...

I'd be happy for him.  He took us to the SB.  Many fans here regard Foxy as a bad coach because of his last two seasons with us.  But JR made him a lame duck and was prepping for the lockout.  Fox didn't force is way out of here....he was forced out  because he called Hurney out.  If Big Cat had a mulligan on that situation Fox would still be here.

We see Fox in Denver having a lot of success and wonder if it could have been us.  That's why fans don't want him to do well.

Oh well.

It is what it is.

Not JF and the Broncos. Manning and the Broncos. If he loses Manning and wins the Superbowl I'll have more respect for him than if it was with Manning.

Happens to every single team in the NFL.

It was Offensive Line or Greg Hardy. At the time Hardy was a good decision. Don't expect Chandler and Bell to both be starting next year.

Then do it Sunday.

JR doesn't make personnel decisions. Besides GM and has some input on Head Coaches.

Every non-bandwagon fan of a team in the NFL feels that way.

Next time please stick to the topic of the title of your post. I don't want to have to do this again.

I would be happy for fox. He is a good coach and did a lot of good in carolina.

Now he has Peyton manning so why be mad at him, God has blessed him with the golden goose.

If it's panthers vs Denver than hell no

But other than that, I will root for Denver if they make it.

Successful ppl want other ppl to succeed.

Haters want to hate.

What side you on?

    • I thought this presented an interesting point. It is fair to wonder now, about switching the two QBs as so many tried to do that first year where Bryce was trash and CJ looked great.  It is almost the reverse scenario now and I wonder what CJ would look like here with better weapons better coaching and better protection. Overall, compared year one.  If each player had been in the other place for the three years. I would love to see CJ with this team now.  Just to see.
    • I really have no clue what to expect sunday.  To quote one of my favorite bands of all time, Operation Ivy "All I know is that I dont know".  We could win, hell we could win convincingly, we also could lose in blowout fashion.  We could be in a back and forth game with whoever has the ball last winning.  I legit HAVE NO CLUE.  This isnt the dominant bills teams of the past, Allen is still elite and can win any game by himself.  That said, heres my stab at looking at things. Our defense is made to stop this kind of team.  Strong against the run, a great corner but meh talent around the field.  We've stopped prolific run offenses this season.   Javonte Williams - Season low yards and ypa against us. De'Von Achane - Season low yards and ypa against us Breece hall - 3rd worst yards in a game Fact of the matter is, we arent what we were last year, we are a good run defense and that lines up well against the bills, Stop the run.  For once the lack of moving Jaycee might be a good thing, he will essentially lock down a side and without multiple real weapons thats fine.  Buffalo does not have an elite guy, theyve got a gaggle of average dudes.  Allen will stay away from Jaycee, it will be on Mike Jack and Chau Smith Wade do to their part and they will be matched with guys they can play at the level of. On offense, we do what the bills are bad at.  We run the ball well, and they suck at stopping the run.  Rico and Chuba will need 30 carries.  Andy Dalton will need to be opportunistic.  My big fear is what we learned last year, Dalton can get overconfident and make bonehead throws.  Its this simple.  Run the ball, stop the run.  Dont turn the ball over.  If we do these 3 things, we will be in a position to win in the 4th quarter.
