Yes I noticed that he played very well. The Giants have good coaches all around.

Caughlin used to be a QB coach and you know he's a teacher. Now don't anybody start thinking because I thought he played well that I somehow wish him back here, couldn't be farther from the truth. I just thought he showed progress...

He was crisp and accurate with his passes and was getting them out quickly with no hesitation. He was going thru his check downs and audiblizing at the line. Sure he got sacked twice but those were on his line because we were back there as fast as he was. Looks like Caughlin has settled him down and improved his technique...

If anyone can do it.... Its Caughlin. I mean he even got Tiki to stop fumbling and that was a tall order. I have always had respect for the man.

He has always helped QBs. IDK if its his coaches around him or what but he seems to fix problems going on with the offense. He is not much of a D coach though and struggles if he dose not have a good D coordinator.

Fox's plan was for Carr to sit on the bench for a year and get his confidence back. He actually led the Panthers to the game-winning drive at Atlanta when Jake got hurt. Then he got twisted up really badly in that Atlanta game and played skeered the rest of the year.

I still saw that scared man who collapses and runs backwards at the sniff of pressure when he was chased down by Taylor. That's something that's very hard to fix.

It was preseason. David Carr is one of the worst quarterbacks in the entire NFL. Just ask Andre Johnson and Steve Smith...

he got that 10+ yard run (if that looked familiar), got the crowd hyped, and then got sacked a few times due to holding onto the ball wayyy to long.

I would have been able to pick him out of the crowd even without the gloves, but he did look better than when he played with us. lol
