The butthurt is humorous on here. 89 is simply motivating himself as he always has, only some of that venom is pointed at Carolina now. It's what kept this little man great in a big man's sport.

It's become personal with some on here as well. Im reading people calling Steve a bitch and everything, over the Internet however, lol wow. I guess being one of the worst teams in the NFL makes it burn even more

Call Dave out, everything this year falls on his decisions and how he handled things

That's how immature people with the personalities of children tend to react.

My father had his own share of figurative "punches" thrown at him in his life (without the advantage of being a multi-millionaire, I might add).  He picked himself up and got on with life.

That's how MEN move on.  That's the example MATURE fathers set for their children.

But whiny bitches gonna be whiny bitches, I guess.

GTFO how do you know this will have an effect on how his kids are raised............quit fuggin reaching it's pathetic, to disagree with steve smith the player is fine but to say this will have affect on how this man will raise his kids is classless...........you're so blind by hypocrisy that you don't even realize you're doing the same thing you're bitchin about smith doing

Steve Smith not your father. Your father is not Steve Smith. How is another man going to tell another man how to act, react and feel?

Most men can tell how much of a "man" a man is by the way that "man" reacts to the vagaries of life.

When he's a goddam millionaire that reacts like a goddam diva with a bleeding vagina?

Yeah, he's a little bitch.

Sorry your hero is a bitch, man.  My condolences.

Have they been cut or traded the way he has though?

It was personal, so it's going to stay personal to Steve for a while. The question is why are you guys bitter. Its not like he said fug the fans. This falls on Dave and Ron. And let's be clear if you consider what Dave & Ron did as including you, well I guess you should be bitter

Or maybe its because a lot thought he wouldn't have the year he's had, the year Ravens has had and many thought we're better off with Dave 3rd stringers

I think fans sometimes have a fairy tale view of a player staying on the same team their whole career, winning a Super Bowl, and retiring on top.

I don't see how what happened with Steve was different than any other player that gets cut, and I've seen nothing outside of fan speculation that it was somehow personal.

Just my opinion though.

Lol @ people here ripping Smith to shreds that loved his attitude the whole time he was in Charlotte and will again love him when he comes back to retire a Panther.

You guys shouldn't take this so personally. It should prove to you how much he loves the fans and the organization. These shots are aimed at the people in charge right now.

    • Outside of cerrato, I do like our draft overall. Hard to get can't miss draft picks when you pick late in the draft
    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
