Just a WAG but being on Social Media is one of the things he isnt supposed to do while on the Commisioners Exempt list.  So I take it as a sign they are fixing to reinstate him.

 

 

Edit: actually Im wrong about not being on Social Media.  But Lightsout explantation is more likely.

Him being on social media again means that he may have been told that he doesn't have to be as careful, which COULD mean he is going to be reinstated. 

Or it could mean that he asked if it was cool as long as he kept his nose clean on it.
