Does Cam want to go?

Two questions:

If you were Gettlemen and Cam asked for a trade in the offseason, do you trade?

I'd say yes.  Chances are we are not much better next year and he will leave via free agency anyway.  Might as well get something for him.

If you were Gettlemen and you suspect there is no way Cam will re-sign, Do you trade him in the offseason?

That's the harder question but the question you have to ask yourself is if you were Cam would you stay with Carolina?

Even if I didn't want to keep Cam, theres no way I trade Cam when his value is at its lowest.  I would imagine what Cam wants, at this point, is some time off to heal up and maybe get something done with his ankle that seems like it will never heal.

I don't even care anymore. It's obvious that ownership, players and coaches don't care so why should we? Until this team is under new ownership nothing wwill change. Every 2 or 3 years we wil have a winning team followed by 2 years of the same $hit we are witnessing now.

I'll just be glad when Dave gives him an extension next Spring and all this stupid talk ends. Going back to when he was drafted it should've been common sense he wouldn't be extended until after his 4th season. Nothing's going on.

You missed op point. Does cam want to go though? If so no extension will be signed. He'll be tagged if we keep him, causing even further damage to us. How did we get this bad man this is embarrassing

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
