Rivera says punt blocks on personnel, not coaching

Durr maybe cuz uhh he wasnt made aware of the situation. Zimmerman told the media he saw holes in carolinas punt scheme that he wanted to exploit. So maybe, ronnie boy, the scheme had flaws. But rons correct it was personnel, coaching personnel, along with the players on the field. You got out what you put in. Thats what u get for giving the team the week off during the bye you idiot.

Rivera doesn't seem to grasp that if players are consistently in the wrong position or are not properly executing plays it is because they aren't being coached well
