Roughly 1.5 surprise wins per season, but let's get real here, last year skews the numbers a bit.

Atlanta has hired a 'consultant' too (Joe Banner). Probably doesn't speak well for Mike Smith and could be bad news for Thomas Dimitroff too.

Meanwhile, reports say the University of Michigan is in touch with Jim Harbaugh.

Rob Ryan is useless. I knew his run in Nawlins would be a short one. He usually has one good year with a franchise and that's it.

I believe we desperately need changes to the offensive and special teams areas, but I'm not sure we'll get them.

I still think Rivera should be let go too but I'm not optimistic on that front.

As much as I want to move on from Rivera, I don't really like any of the head coach candidates on this list inside the NFL. 

 

If we were to look into hiring a new coach, I would rather go after a great college coach like Gus Malzahn, David Shaw, or Kevin Sumlin, but I doubt that would happen.

Rodgers is an old college teammate, so I have my doubts.
