Have the Panthers been transformed?

It wasn't that long ago that the Panthers were a much better team on the road than at home. Considering last season, and the preseason so far this year, is it too early to declare that trend fully reversed? There is that home playoff game to consider.

Transformed in the sense of being offense-centered rather than defense-centered though? Possible. There was evidence of that last season.

I don't know about that, it seems like we've always been a good road team under Fox.

Last year we protected our turf. If we do that again, I bet we get back to the playoffs. We have very winnable games in our division, and I think we can get one or two in New York and Dallas isn't invincible either. Frankly, the only road game which looks like a sure loss is New England in December.

We had a pretty good team last year, we had a little bit of luck at home, and we played some pretty bad teams (detroit, KC) or caught some teams when they were at their worst (denver, tampa).
