Have you seen Iron Man?  Echo=Jarvis

 

Only Echo have a long way to go before it can be 100% like Jarvis but it's a first step in a right direction.

 

U can even buy stuff while sitting on the coach and just talking...  For instance...  Your wife calls u and tell u diapers are running low and u need to get some next week while u watching Super Bowl.  You just go:

 

"Alexa, I need to buy diapers"

 

She will ask you what kind and quantity.

 

"Alexa, get me 132 pack of size 3 and 2 day shipping is ok"

 

Alexa will place an order for you.

 

 

 

Or if u watching a movie and u want to know the name of actors.  Or u want to check who's number 22 president of US was.  Just ask.  She knows almost everything.  Movie times, song names, health facts... Pretty much instead of using google, u can just ask Alexa.

I looked at it a couple of weeks ago but it wasn't something that interested me really. Grabbing my phone next to me and ordering stuff with one click ordering, or finding out information on Google seemed just as easy.  Guess I would need to see it work in person to get a better feel for it.

yes this one click ordering through Amazon or typing stuff into Google just takes SO much effort, damn I need to figure out how I can do these things literally without lifting a finger
