I love Havenstein and think he is exactly what gettleman likes , but sounds like he could go as early as 2nd or 3rd round.

 

Both Draft Insider.net and NFLDraftscout.com grade Havenstein as a 4th rounder and Sheppard as 6th rounder.

I would be one happy Carolina Panthers fan if we could get those two in the 1st and 2nd rd.,filling two of our grearest needs. However,I feel that Havenstein will prorbably be there when we pick at # 57, in the 2nd rd but i am not so sure DeVante Parker will be there when we pick 25th, in the 1st rd.

Of course we need some starting tackles in the draft/FA but we really need depth which we have lacked at tackle for a while. I think Gary Williams could be a solid back up but he always hurt so whats the point of keeping him?
