Pretty sad thing for him to be dealing with in the late stages of his life.

However, this ruling doesn't really affect the outcome of the case. The only one that will is the examination by a doctor.

My hope is that Mr. Benson is ultimately able to do whatever he pleases with his fortune. If he truly has lost his mental health and he's been taken advantage of by his wife, I hope his children and grandchildren win the suit. If hes completely there mentally and this is truly what he wants, I hope he's granted that wish.

That would be his granddaughter, Rita. Renee had more to do with the car dealerships, along with Ryan. Rita had always been the heir apparent for the Saints and Pelicans.

Renee would have taken over as majority owner, but Rita was president or vice president of football operations.

Not a problem. It's all very terribly confusing.

Renee hasn't had much of anything to do with the Saints or Pelicans. Her and Ryan basically ran the car dealerships from my understanding. Rita was very hands on with the Saints and Pelicans.

While I can't speak for the Pelicans people, there aren't many in the Saints organization who care for Rita much.

Such a lose lose for Mr Benson. Either he is all there and his family is putting him through hell for money or he is not all there and his wife is taking advantage of him. Hate for Saints aside, terrible for an old man to go through.

He's already arguably the best player in the world and he is only 21. So yes, over the next decade he will be the #1 player in the NBA.
