Ted Ginn Jr could return to Panthers

Good summary, just substitute Ginn's name with Torrey Smith and you've got yourself a 4 year playoff offence.

See, I like Smith, but lets be honest. Cam doesn't have the best field vision yet though I do expect it to get better. I don't know how much more Smith would add to our offense than Ginn, but it isn't impossible that we sign both.

Ginn will be utilized exclusively on special teams if he and Smith are both signed though and I would that as a win-win situation for us. Brown would be ahead of Ginn ultimately leaving Ginn as the 5th option in the rotation and for use on gadget plays.

I'm partial to TGJ. I was in the end zone he scored the go ahead TD against the pats on MNF last year, then Cam launched the ball over our section. It was magical.

I'd be all for him coming back, he's proven and he and Cam did seem to have chemistry. I think proehl utilized him well too, he's great over the top with double moves but his routes where he broke off and came back to the line were good as well due to fear of his speed.

It's a no brainer from a pr/kr standpoint at the very least.

I was in the upper deck and it was still a magical moment, though slightly dulled by the copious amounts of alcohol ingested all day.

Thanks for posting my video man. This was one of the best nights of my life!!! The best part about this video is we were on the last row of the lower section and the suite right behind us was full of pats fans. I got in a few nice suck it looks during that drive!

Say what you want about Ginn, but we might not have won the Pats or Saints game last year without him.

So last night, while I was watching all of the Football Life(in honor of black history month) episodes, the NFL update kept popping in.  Arizona is trying to find a way to keep Fitz.  I'm sure with all of the restructuring that will be involved, that Ginn will likely be a casualty.  I could easily see a return to Carolina.

    • Miami Dolphins After going undrafted in the 2023 NFL draft, Davis signed with the Miami Dolphins on April 30, 2023.[12] He was waived on August 29, 2023 due to his in-game injury.[13] Injury On August 26, 2023, during the fourth quarter of the Week 3 preseason game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, Davis suffered an injury after sustaining a hit from Jaguars linebacker Dequan Jackson while the wideout was attempting to catch a pass from teammate James Blackman. Jackson appeared to make helmet-to-helmet contact with Davis, drawing an unnecessary roughness flag after the play and leaving Davis immobilized and later carted off the field. The game was later suspended with 8 minutes and 32 seconds remaining, with Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel saying, "The two teams agreed that football shouldn't be played anymore tonight." This was the second game to be suspended in the 2023 NFL season as the first involved Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden after a Week 2 preseason game against the Packers.[14] The next day on August 27, 2023, the Dolphins had released a statement saying that Davis was released from the hospital and would be traveling back to Miami with the team personnel.[15] However two days later on August 29, 2023, Davis was waived by the Dolphins with an injury settlement ahead of the team's cuts for the 53-player roster limit
    • By all means, go for it and talk down the league that guy came from its all good. Its just funny to hear you laugh at someone else's accomplishments having zero yourself.  Life is about criticisms of course......And it can also be fun to laugh at those those on the other side as well who never did a thing minimize others accomplishments. Good day sir!
    • Exactly,  there's only so many "elite" qbs in the league at any one time. It's usually 4 or 5 at most. Sometimes less.
