League files motion for Hardy's evidence

Surprise, did not see that one coming! So with the news about the Panther players working hard to keep Hardy here, here is yet another twist to this soap opera. Wish we could keep him, however the length of time this investigation may take will most likely exceed Free Agency action starting March 10th. This story keeps getting worse by the hour.

Said this in another thread, but it's unlikely that the NFL will get to see the transcripts.

The defense attorney had the transcripts paid for and are his work product. Hardy, as a client, has the right to obtain a lot of his file, but the transcripts would not be included. The NFL can only control Hardy, and Hardy doesn't have the documents.

Funny thing would be if the investigation takes another full season.........and then in '16 after he is taken off the commish list.....he finally gets his official "punishment" of 6 games.

Then who would sign him, say like March 25th or so for 5 year for pennies deal?

Part of what I have been trying to say also. Since the initial ruling was set aside, the NFL basically has nothing to stand on to even begin to prove anything against Hardy.

Chances are no team. Especially If Goodell keeps Hardy on the commish list, while the nfl does a very slow, very long, investigation.

That would be even better, then 31 other teams competing for his services during training camp, or first to mid season next year, for league minimum!

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
