Movie was...ok. A scary movie to me relies on the story and acting. It follows relied more on the typical loud music, loud sounds, trying too hard to get you to 'jump' rather than immerse you into a story, typical tension building situations.

Story was...ok.

Just didn't do it for me as far as scary, seemed a little too obvious.

I didn't feel like there were many "jump" moments. The music was pretty overbearing though.

This movie came out on redbox about two months ago..finally got around to seeing it.

it kept me interested throughtout the entire film and I didnt end up hating the teens which is big accomplosment for the horror genere. overall I liked it and theres talks of a sequel exploring the origins of "it"
