Peanut Tillman salary information

@RavensInsider

Charles Tillman one-year Panthers deal: $1.75 million, $1M salary, $350K bonus, $15,625 per game active roster bonus, $150,000 workout bonus. Charles Tillman deal expected to have incentives to boost total value of the deal.

So that's a good bit cheaper than expected, the remaining $1.3m is probably in the form of "not likely to be earned" bonuses.

So it looks like the cap hit will actually be $1.75m, not $3.05m as was originally reported.

yikes. Peanut is playing for peanuts. But looking up the 1-year contract the Bears gave him last year, they only gave him $750,000 guaranteed. To put that in perspective, we gave:

Cotchery - $2.3M guaranteed

Ed Dickson - $2.0M guaranteed

Ted Ginn - $1.7M guaranteed

Roman Harper $1.5M guaranteed

Tiquan Underwood - $300,000 guaranteed (didn't make team)

Looks like you're comparing Tillman's Chicago 1year deal to guys that we gave multi-year deals to. Apples-to-oranges

    • Play point guard while throwing to… in 2023: Mingo - bust. Hurt/hasn’t done a thing in Dallas. Well on his way out of leagueĀ  Chark - no longer in leagueĀ  Hurst - no longer in league Marshall - hasn’t done a thingĀ  Sullivan/Strachan - pretty much same dude. Both not playingĀ  Thielen - hasn’t done a damn thing since he left CarolinaĀ  Miles Sanders - nothingĀ  Ā  2024: Legette - rookie WR who still has no idea what he’s doingĀ  Mingo - see aboveĀ  Coker - when he did play/healthy he was solidĀ  Thielen - see aboveĀ  Sanders - bust Diontae Johnson - headache. Out of league. Failed on 12 teams in 2024 There’s more names but again all irrelevant and doing nothing in the league. This is the crap and turnover Bryce has dealt with the first two seasons. Given the type of QB Bryce is he stood no chance with these guys. We’re finally seeing improvement because there’s some consistency at least now. It would be nice if we could get Bryce a tight end worth a Damn so he could use the middle of the field more often. Plus we’ve had 10 different OL combinations this season as well or something absurdĀ  What an absolute disaster this has been since the trade up.Ā  Ā
    • I mean we are limited in our options realistically, Howell is a Baker esque player who put up 4k and 22tds in his one year starting... with no weapons and a horrible oline. Oh I'm sure out the gates he wouldnt have a chance vs teppers golden brycey but if we stumble out he gates again Canales may injury list him again to try and save his job.
