thinking of buying this, how's the gameplay?

I played the last one religiously. And so far its not as good as mk9 but its way better than injustice. They brought back the run button from old games and they changed up breakers and added 3 variations per character. Its interesting for sure. And yes..story is garbage run away fast.

Online is better played a king of the hill last night got to 17 wins in a row and had noticeable lag on maybe 2 of them when on mk9 you could count on at least 6 or 7 so thats progress.

Anybody gonna be picking it up or playing competitively? Ill be traveling to a few tourneys around the south east soon I do recall redmage saying he took part in organizing stuff for the fgc.

I'll probaly pick it up but idk how seriously i'll take it. Netherealm's stuff never clicked with me much.

apparently it's completely broken for PC just a fair warning

Works for me, people complained because of the pre load and streaming thing. Plus it's graphic card hungry and I think there's some problems with windows 8.

I'm liking it more then 9 so far, but that could change. I played 9 for 5 months or so.

      Young QBs lead their teams to undefeated October

      Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."

      1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
