Barring trading a future pick or player the Panthers are done with their 2015 NFL Draft.

1: LB Shaq Thompson, Washington

2: WR Devin Funchess, Michigan

4: OT Daryl Williams, Oklahoma

5:LB David Mayo, Texas State

5; RB Cameron Artis-Payne, Auburn

What's your Day 3 and overall grade?

If you're going to go with the 1 dollar over 5 dimes philosophy, as you should, you can't really make selections like Mayo with the few picks you have.

Have you seen DG's board?

You go with the highest rated player, and that's what he does.

How could a 5th round comp pick ruin a whole draft...?

Unless you're talking about Shaq, then I don't really know what to say.

Because with trading all those picks Gettleman needed to hit on every pick.  We are overloaded  on LBers needed to churn the bottom of the roster and grab a safety or cb.

    • So for now Coker, our 2nd year UDFA, is by default the most reliable WR on this team?! You serious, Clark? You know he is low key celebrating this. Until Tet takes a true NFL snap, Coker has the highest floor in the team as Tet is an unknown. I feel like Tet will be a dawg for us, but again, it’s still an unknown.  Knowing that Thielen was out may have influenced them keeping Moore. It’s going to be fun to see this play out.
    • See that's why so many convos here get into the weeds and contentious. Folks are more than eager to groan about a lack of offensive young talent then when we do have good young talent (two first round WR's and a young Jalen Coker) they say that talent isn't good enough. You expect top tier play from the moving parts within the offense at all times but you'll accept literally anything from the signal caller and call it progress. Doesn't make sense.
    • This is what rebuilding looks like. A 4th rounder and no salary? Smart GM.
