Grilled onions and corn on the cob are delicious if you grill them right.  A nice veggie shishkabob with onions, peppers, tomatoes, pineapples and tofu is scrumptious.  Sure I prefer it with chicken, as opposed to the tofu, but don't underestimate grilled vegetables.

I don't mind veggies, but when there's no dead flesh to go with them, I don't see the point.

I don't generally see tofu associated with grilling.

Sure, man.  I got tired of trying to find the proper format, but you can google tofu shish kabobs and look at all the images.

All those pics with the tofu, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers and all the other rabbit food are making me hungry.

Admittedly, I cheated last night before the fight, so I will be eating leftover fried chicken and biscuits this evening from, you know where.

Bojangles.

The Genesis is in the top 10 grills under $1000 and is made like a tank. It doesn't have a side burner though.

Had mine for 17 years...just replaced the original burners...get a triangular smoke box to set down between the flavorizor bars and its no muss not fuss....

What's a flavorizor bar?

...basically, its a piece of angle iron coated in ceramic that sets over the burners. the theory, fat and meat juices drip on the bar and begin to smoke which turns that flavor back to the meat. it does that without flaming up as long as the lid is down... its a killer grill and I very seldom cover it, its exposed to the elements year round...17 years.
