JJ Watt plays 3-4 end. He'll be lined up against Oher every now and then, but for the most part will be going against the interior of the line, where the Panthers are very strong.

They said on the Top 100 last night that the Texans let Watt pick where he wants to line up in a game then the defense works around it. Watt finds the weakest link on the oline and attacks it. At least that is per the footage in the Top 100 montage they played.

Maybe we can hope that with all the options that Watt will have to choose from, maybe he will just be overcome with anxiety and confusion.

Yep! That's how a 24th ranked defense is coached. That poo doesn't fly in Seattle or other top ranked defenses. That's just a way for a popular player on a bad team to pad his stat and be called 'the best player in the league'. What a joke. The best players title just lose a lot of luster by giving it to a player on a bad team and a terrible division.

He gets to choose which side to line up and he chooses the weak side. Doesn't sound like the Texans are playing team sport. That sounds like cheating to me. All the other players get run the play called but Watt get to ignore it and pad his stat.

What wins? They were the 24th ranked defense.

I believe we've already had this discussion. Texans had more wins than Carolina last year, and have had a better record than Carolina every year but one since Newton and Watt were drafted. So your "what wins?" question is kind of stupid.

Meh, I prefer to think of it as Oher and a TE. A very chippy Tight End.

But Watt will move around loking for weaknesses, whoever the RB is best not have a bad case of HUA.

Although it would be hilarious if Cam ran over Watt like Bo taking out Boz.

Watt is only a 3-4 end by name. Houston does a great job of moving him around to find the weaknesses of the opposing OL. When he finds the particular player he wants to abuse, he attacks him all day long. You'll see him line up anywhere from 3 tech to 7 tech over the course of a game.

It doesnt matter what scheme or position he plays he said on the top 100 he chooses where he lines up which will be vs oher every play, he will be doubled though

this might be true. But, ignoring last year, NFCS teams have a much tougher schedule than do the Texans.
