I've fought off the itch to buy it this year, but it's saved me at least a couple hundred bucks I would've poured into MUT by not caving yet. I'll just live vicariously through this thread.

Just going to gloat by saying I'm top 1.6% in head-to-head. Perfected the run game and figured out how to stop most offenses. @RealBitsOfPanther has also taken this approach and can attest to how hilariously people respond to not being able to stop the run game.

Yeah it's hillarious when they send you hate messages after the game calling you trash when you only allow them 2 possessions the entire game and are hashing them for 8 yard runs lol

So, what's the Panthers overall rating right now?  I know Cam is a 97 and Luke is a 98... just wanted to know the team's overall rating just for the hell of it.

I refused to buy it this year, and of course the Panthers go on a fuging tear lol.

Panthers are an overall of 94. Played with them last night with new roster updates. Luke is a monster. Had like 13 tackles, 4TFL, 1FF, and a Pick 6 with him against some dude with the Patriots last night.

Were you usering him? Because the best Luke does for me is the occasional pick and like, 5 tackles maybe. A lot of times, if he gets to the ball carrier behind the line, he magically decides "I'm not tackling this person".

Yeah I user him and for whatever reason this guy was running sweeps out of shotgun over and over so I had plenty of opportunities to get him behind the LOS. The only time I miss tackles with Luke is if I'm using the hit stick or it's a back or TE with good BTK ratings. He kept throwing to the flats too. His scheme was predictable. Don't know why you run 70% of the time playing with the Patriots.

I just hit the top 1.0%. Beat a guy ranked like, #58. Threw the ball 12 times. 3 TDs. He was furious.

I have trouble usering anybody. Every time I try to defend a route, they throw it and complete it anyway. I start out between the ball and receiver, but the animation sends me up-field, and they complete it. If I stay in my designated zone, I'm screwed. If I don't, I'm screwed.

That's what's up.

Yeah I usually play a QB contain coverage and free roam with the guy that's supposed to be spying. I try and bait people into throws.

I get torched on man coverage. I have to stay in zone and shade coverage underneath or overtop, depending on what they're trying to do.

I don't play much online, but I usually control a safety and roam. Pretty easy to tell where people are going to throw and jump the route, and usering a safety makes it easier to crash the run as well.
