This Philly Brown thing is so predictable....so is every presser Rivera will have the first 6 weeks of the season.  "Well I think we are headed in the right direction.  What you want too see each week is improvement and we are seeing that.  Corey only had one huge mind boggling drop today.  Only one"

By any objective measure, the WR corp is a mess.  It almost seems like last year when we lost Hardy it took the Dline weeks to break out of their funk.

It could threaten to derail our entire season b/c the Panthers need to have a fast start given how much harder the schedule becomes after the first 4 games.

Unfortunately, like John Fox used to say, there is no one coming to rescue us, and nobody is going to feel sorry for us.

There is no one great WR is going to be available from other team's cuts- maybe just a role player to add to a corp that is full of them.

I can't see Gettleman trading for anyone either.

For good or bad, we are going to have to count on someone from this group.  Scary thought... Especially given how good the defense and offensive line could be.

At this point, maybe youre looking at a 2013 type scenario-where Gettleman adamantly and stubbornly refuses to do anything about a weak position until injuries and desperation force his hand and the team is better off for it.

Oh come on.  Until 11 days ago, WR was looking like a pretty decent situation with KB, Funchess creating exciting mismatch potential.  It's just today that it's looking like Funchess might have a lingering problem.

What has G'man adamantly & stubbornly refused to do already?  Cuts are just beginning.  G'man is certainly scouring the waivers and/or assessing trade possibilities.    Are you mad we didn't sign Wayne?  I didn't see him light up the field against us for the Pats.
