NFL HQ on NFLN NFC South Predictions

Chilling on this Labor Day counting down the hours until Sunday at 1 pm when life has meaning again. I turned on NFL HQ for poos and giggles and to my delight they were previewing the NFCS today. I say delight sarcastically as it was exactly what I expected.

 

Teams will finish as such-

1. Saints (Brees and Cooks)

2. Falcons (Ryan and Jones)

3. Panthers (Cam has no weapons)

4. Tampa (rookie QB)

Division MVP's

TD - Drew Brees

Heath - Julio Jones

Fabiano Fantasy Break out player - Cooks

Cam has a upgraded O-line, upgrades at RB if even Stewart doesn't stay healthy, and WR is a wash (hopefully).  I don't think the media is paying attention.

I didn't realize we suck so bad at RB, and have no receivers who can get open or catch the ball. 

Scott Fowler of the Observer also thinks the KB injury buried us. Picks us to finish 8-8. I'm going with his buddy Sorensen who thinks we go 10-6 and into the playoffs.

Though entirely different than KB I think we have a damn good WR in Funchess as long as he's healthy. Agree about Norwood, could see him filling a big role.

I got tired of reading Scott Fowler's poo.. he is the biggest flip-flopper as a Panther reporter.. I don't bother with the Charlotte Observer sport page anymore..

I think Funchess and Norwood will turn some heads this year. It'll be hilarious if they do, because when KB comes back next year receiver would magically become a strength.
