Just shout out to the Refs

it's not "some conspiracy against our team," it was bs officiating that made great plays for us revoked and ended up rewarding the other team for nothing.

Rewatch the game and tell me Cam wasn't hit after the pas at least 3-times. Watch the brockel block and try and tell me that was holding (it came after the ball was released so it wasn't a pick,)

The call on Brockel wasn't holding, it was PI.

And, yes, it *was* a pick.  It was the textbook example of a pick.  And a pick play is pass interference by rule.  Brockel didn't even TRY to sell the play as if he was running a pattern.  He just physically blocked the defender who was in pass coverage, which makes it a PICK.

The officiating was horrible in this game.  It would be nice if the criticism was actually kept to the calls they actually got wrong or missed.

the shaft holding call against Brocken, the plays that never-gets called for roughing the passer every time Cam gets mauled after the pass-"just because he's so big," the bs hand in the face called against Ealy...I could go on, but we won despite the shaft.

The bs holding call on Olsen during Cam's 1st quarter run around the left end for a 1st down....the holding and tripping call on Turner when Turner was FLAT ON HIS BACK.....the bad spot on that 3rd and 21 completion the Stains had that we had to challenge....I even question that late hit on McCown KK got flagged for cuz to me it looked like he was at least partly pushed into McCown by a Stains lineman.

No wonder our D-line couldn't get any pressure on McCown with the refs letting the Stains get away with aggressive holding (I call it getting mugged)

So much fail with the zebras today

Ron Rivera's teams are well disciplined and the refs had a more than usual bone against Carolina today.

weve been pretty bad at penalties ever since he got here.

There was questionable penalty or 2 but overall it was something like 12 to 10 in regard to penalties so not specifically lopsided. We actually did comit some very clear and obvious penalties.

Just so this is out there, it's not just us who saw today's officiating as very biased, this is from the comments at PFT about Hochuli denying saying what he said:

luckgoat says: Sep 27, 2015 6:52 PM

He obviously said it; it doesn’t benefit Newton to lie about something like that.

By the way they were judging the game, it was obvious they were favoring the Saints as well. Hochuli’s comment was just the icing.

    • I mean the interception injury he ran down that KB gave up on and the TJ Watt shoulder hit basically did Cam in. He could probably still launch a better 30 yarder off platform than BY

    • I mean, Cam had the arm strength to make those throws without his feet set but it also was one of the factors that led to his arm getting destroyed over time. No QB needs to be making those off platform throws or without their feet being set often, because they are lower percentage throws(usually) and they are more difficult on your body overall. Bryce's physical limitations weren't a complete unknown. He is a moderately below average NFL arm even if his feet are set and he has time. That's not what will solely keep him from being successful. It definitely is a career limiting factor, however.
