Russel Crowe to play Josh Norman in movie?

Norman loves the 2000 movie featuring Russell Crowe as Maximus Decimus Meridius in his journey from military leader to slave to gladiator who avenges the murders of his family and emperor.

Asked last season which actor Norman would pick to play his role in a movie, he picked Crowe. Asked about the tears Wednesday, Norman again referred to "Gladiator."

"Man gets thrown down and didn't see no way up, but he fought his way amongst the battlefields and the crowds screaming, 'Maximus! Maximus!'" Norman said. "Wow! He reached the pinnacle of his life. He reached it, and wow! Everyone begins to love him."

Their job is to get in shape for the movie. Once they are cast that is all they have to do. The rest of us have to work 8-10 hour days, take care of house/car/family and make time for the gym while trying to eat right.
