All three NFC South rivals are playing at 1:00 today

 

Washington at Atlanta

Jacksonville at Tampa

New Orleans at Philly 

 

Obviously, we need that horrid Redskins team to pull out a miracle today. Not sure the other two games matter at all, but fun to make fun of them none the less.

Jeremy Follow me back On Twitter @Mear4Real , but on to what I came to Discuss , According To Sporting Charts The Carolina Panthers Rank 32nd In Yards After Catch (YAC) Now With That Being Said I Understand Why We Don't Get Called An Elite Team, we really don't have any good players at the skill positions mainly Wrs and rb , I'm Going To Name 10 or so Easy Gettable Players That Change That.

Kenny Cook Kansas City 6'4

Duron Carter Indy Colts 6'5" 

De'Andre Carter Oakland Raiders 5'10" From Watching Tape I Nicknamed Him Quickness

Di'Andre Campbell San Fran 49ers 6'2"

Laron Byrd Atlanta Falcons 6'4" 4.45 40 Time Also Showing Great Hands

Jeremy Butler Baltimore Ravens 6'3"

James Butler Green Bay 6'3"

Daniel Brown 6'5" Great Physical Receiver with good hands and Good Routes - Only Weakness Is He Is Slow 

Da'Ron Brown Kansas City Chiefs 6'0" Great Hands And He Has A Knack For Playmaker Ability 

Last But Not Least , My Favorite One That Keep Me Up All Night ,

Rasheed Bailey 6'1" Now When I Watched The Tapes And Even The Preseason Games With The Eagles He Reminds Me Of Odell Beckham Jr.  Kid Has A Knack For YAC , He Shouldn't Be Sitting Home But He Is .

Give These Guys A Look Huddle Who Do You Think Needs a Opportunity? All Are Wrs, I believe in Wegher And Cam Artis Payne

saints..meh, they were about .500 as an away team when they were good. now that they suck again i just can't see them winning in philly, even tho i think philly is overrated.

i want to say that the TB/jax game is interesting just because of how bad both teams are, but i'd be lying. i can't imagine watching more than 5 minutes of it.

The Jags fan group, @BoldCityBrigade, has 2100+ fans in Tampa. They're all sitting in the same 4 sections. All Jags fans jokes aside, that's pretty damn impressive. I would wager that it's never been done before. 

Just something outside the game to keep an eye on if that interests anyone (other than me)

atlanta just better come down with sudden injuries, I'm not worried about them at all we know them best and will handle them when they come talking that crap

on the upside for raymond james, it will probably be the best concession sales they've had in years.

ugh....that freakin' game. That was the worst (and we've had some bad ones at BoA). 

Only difference is they're all in the same sections.  It's going to be very noticeable and very loud (probably the only time Tampa will be loud)

watching the jaxville fans take over that crappy boat field may make that game worth watching. well...maybe for another 10 minutes before i start feeling bad for the bucs. ok...so i won't feel bad for them, but still it would only be a novelty that would wear off after just a few minutes of watching.

 

overall, i just can't imagine any game be worth me staying awake for (which i don't really need to do because i have to be at work at 10:30 tonight).

I do think the Falcons are kinda pretenders, and ultimately soft myself. And there time will come with those proverbial "unexpected losses (including to the Panthers)". However, I don't know if there gonna happen against Wash in Atlanta. But you never know??

      Actually that 4400 was based on a 16 game season to match Bryce's 16 games this year. Your offense has to be to drive the ball when it matters. Bryce doesn't do that with any level of consistency. If you're building a team that isn't focused on your QB, then fine. Then there's no need to pay Bryce as a franchise QB because literally anyone else will do. If you're going to pay him 50m plus per season, you have to be able to put the team on his shoulders and know he's going to carry the load. So far, when the pressure is on to get it done, Bryce has fallen miserably short of the target. 4-6 to finish out the season and 0-2 when all we need is a win to secure a playoff spot isn't stepping up and proving yourself as a franchise QB. I'd say it's quite the opposite.  There isn't a single coach in this league that would take Bryce over Burrow and very few if any that would take Bryce over Prescott. Hurts didn't have to throw in 2025 because Philly's defense was disgusting and Saquan had a MVP season. But then again, Hurts has shown that he can when it counts, and then there's his signature. Philly runs the tush push to lethal perfection, but that's a play we can't even consider with Bryce. You used 3 QBs from teams that had no defense to show QB stats don't always matter. When we had the worst defense in the NFL, we didn't see Bryce step up and carry the offense and put up gaudy numbers in a losing season because we were playing catch up. It was pretty much the opposite.  What have we seen from Bryce consistently to consider offering him a top 10 NFL franchise QB level contract? At the end of the day, that's all that matters.

      If you pay Bryce $50M a year you greatly limit your ability to put the type of team around him you need to have to have a chance to win. THAT is the problem. Hell, we can't win with him on a rookie contract. How the hell are we supposed to start winning with him paying him like a franchise QB and having to make tough roster decisions to accommodate his cap hit?
