Greg Hardy hates the fact he's not here

Hardy was never a bad teammate nor did he ever get in trouble for his "off the field antics" before the Nicole Holder situation. He did plenty of good things for the community and also was the only one that bothered to go to DWills moms funeral. If the negaitve is all true why are the Cowboys already ready to ink him to a extension? Even Jerry jones is not that stupid to bring a head case on to mess up that team chemistry. He is already making that team tougher as they have improved on defense since he came back. The same people bashing Hardy are the ones that loved this guy when he was even coming on this forum to talk to the fans, also the only player doing that. Hardy would have played all season if it wasnt for the Ray rice incident and nobody was crying for his guilt or exodus from the team when we opened up at Tampa bay. People turned on him and soon as media put the spotlight on us. I dont blame him or Smith for their feelings towards this team. Panthers lookout for the NFL first and not their players, thats the reality. But both situations are over done and should be moved on from, a fan came up to Hardy with panther merchandise and wanted him to sign when he doesnt play for us anymore. He didnt put himself in that situation like people in this thread love to steer too. I feel like these threads are made just so people can vent and take shots at him, hell it doesnt even belong here since he doesnt play for us anymore but nobody will move it because they enjoy the belittling. Hardy has moved on but clearly some of you have not.

You're 47 years old and you're flexing on an internet forum. Don't talk about worthless

    • Even if he beats the odds, returns midseason  and plays like he did last year it won’t warrant a big contract extension.
    • It’ll be interesting to see how the board falls I completely agree with you on TE for us The safety from Oregon would be the cherry on top for Evero’s defense/scheme.  If a OL’men is there that you love it would be very hard to pass up. This fan base seems to just see Walker as a stop gap but I wouldn’t be so sure. He’s the same age as Ekwonu. He’s had a much more impressive career arc/progression than Icky has. He’s the better pass protector. As far as I see it if Walker has a good year I’d bring him back over Icky. Ekwonu isn’t some elite franchise LT. Playing next to Lewis is going to be great for Walker much like it has been for Icky. We definitely need to get younger/cheaper on the OL though so for this reason alone it’s still top of my list come round 1 if board falls this way  Could also use another corner with Mike Jackson’s deal up after this season and needing a nickel but Corey Thornton looked really good in that role in the limited time we got to see him. However he’s coming off an achillies injury and you never know with those.  Then as mentioned above we do still have a need at WR. As far as “weapons” go it’s kind of a 2 man show with Tmac and Coker and neither is a burner. If Jordan Tyson is there at 19 and we can have a young WR group locked up for cheap that’s a huge advantage cap wise  And don’t forget linebacker. That clip in Devin’s Lloyd blueprint they used from Evero saying they need more intelligence there could’ve been left out for Wallace’s sake but it’s true. Wallace is lost in coverage. Pair a smart linebacker with Lloyd and that’s a group with Wallace and Cherelus being depth
