I'd send hima ring if we get it this year...I think the team gets like 150 of them to hand out as they see fit.

Somehow I doubt Jake would willingly accept it, feeling that he didn't earn it.

pretty cool. i think jake normally goes to @saints games.

He said in a recent interview that he's coaching his daughters' games (softball? soccer?), not following NFL too much, probably watches Panther games later. He considers himself a Panther.

Loved Delhomme. Dude outplayed Brady in the 2003 Super Bowl and was a true gamer. I will always have mad respect for Jake who gave this franchise everything he had.

His departure from Charlotte was unceremonious and far from what he deserved. Glad he has remained Panther fan through it all. Hopefully Smitty comes around once he hangs it up too.

This just put the icing on the cake last night. I love this man. Some hate him for that Arizona game, but I pin the blame on the coaches. Cam Newton will always be my favorite QB, but Jake Delhomme will always be my favorite Panther. He played with heart. It's always a treat seeing him at Panther games. It was awesome seeing Jerry out of the booth talking to him on the sidelines.

It's good to see you doing well, Jake.
