I was just about to post this exact thread.  He must've made a bet that if he picks against us and we win, he has to write the praise column.  Poor Eliot Harrison had to do it earlier in the year.  Must really pain those guys to give us credit.

OMG just let it go already.  Someone didn't pick us to win so what.  I think it's been pointed out several times already that when your playing pick em you sometimes have to go with the underdog to have any chance of winning.

It's just funny since he's picked against us 12 out of 13 games this year and he has that stupid punch-me face.

He praises our team quite a bit, aside from the assumption that our team will be picked apart by free agency in a few years. Even we lose half of our star players, Gettleman has shown the ability to find and cultivate new key players. I'm not worried.

Damn Upstate Panther scooped me with that quote.  Yes I think Gettleman will work some kind off FA money magic and keep most of these players.  I don't see Gettleman being crazy loose with the money like Mart Hurney was that got us into this mess.
