You can't blame Shula for anything when Cam wasn't into it mentally. You can only blame the player, and the head coach for not getting through to him. Yes, including sitting him for a drive to see if that wakes him up, and if it doesn't, then benching him for good in the game.

When the problem is CLEARLY MENTAL, you try what you need to try to get through to him, including sitting him for a drive. Anyone who thinks that's never happened in the history of football, is braindead.

Shula has to do a better job calling run plays. 2nd and 1, he needs to call a run and stop calling throws. They need to cut back on the zone read too. The run is working, Shula doesn't stick with it. There was no play-action today either. Falcons ran it and did play-action and was successful. Its like the two offenses flip flopped today
