The whole point of visiting teams message boards is to chat football with opposing teams. There doesn't need to be name calling and it gets boring talking to fellow Seahawk fans that are rah rah sis boom bah. I feel good about the Hawks chances and I think we will be in Charlotte. I saw nothing from the vikings that makes me think they even belong in the playoffs.

HAHAHAHAHA

Isn't that what you were exactly doing though?

You are doing the same team. You are boasting about a 4 point win in what October? Do you want to play or Kettle?

A win in October of the 2015 NFL Season is much more relevant than a win in January of the playoffs of the 2014 season. Do you like to drink milk that expired months ago too?

You're posting everything except talking football. Quoting (or making up) stats doesn't count. History doesn't count. And a 12th man bravado definitely doesn't count.

So try again.

It was a great drive, am I suppose to derive pain from watching this?? :). You have Ted Ginn and Greg Olson to catch passes. We have Jeremy Lane back and Williams is gone. Shut down Ginn and your offense is limited at best. Cam has never intimidated our defense and has posted some of his worse stats in his career against the Seahawks. Who is new on your team that will show us different results? Cam is a paper tiger and an academic cheat. Your team is a running team and we eat those teams for breakfast. We have won 7 of 9 games against you and your team has been leaky at best against teams at .500. Your best game this year was against us when our team captain was just coming back from a holdout which was pointless and it took some time to repair relationships. Teams were beating us every which way with the tight end early in the season LOL. Put Sherman on Ginn and Chancellor on Olson and nighty night.

Yall aren't getting past the Wildcard.  Temperature in Minneapolis on game day is gonna be a high of 13 degrees which favors the run team, and if you're gonna pretend that Christine Michaels is gonna cut it in the playoffs, feel free to continue deluding yourself.  Even if Beast Mode comes back, he's gonna be slow to get up to speed.

@seahawks12thman So all you can do is talk smack. That's sad.

btw we just played 60 minutes of football without Ted Ginn seeing the field once. So how was our offense limited?

Both our defenses are good against the run. We held Skittles to 54 yds & 1 TD last time. You held Stewart to 78 & 2 TD's. We just held Doug Martin, 2nd to Peterson in the league, to 48 yards.

lmao you actually believe playing the Seahawks was our best game???? Think highly of yourself, don't you? But ............ we beat you.

There's reason enough the Seahawks are a wildcard team & the Panthers are not. And history is not it. "Relationship" problems aren't it either. lol As if the Seahawks were the Kardashians.

Ohhh how I can't wait to see Seattle destroy Minny. I want that to happen. I want RW to break some record doing it as well. Because to see the tears of Seahawks fans the next week....in person....god it will be beautiful.

"Cam struggles against us. Your offense doesn't scare us"

We had 4 drives of 80+ yards last time you saw us. In your house. You're coming into the Vault and you seriously think our offense will struggle if you take away Olsen and Ginn? After the rookie just threw up a 100+ yard game, Philly caught some big time balls, Dickson has been steady, and Cotch is the cagy vet who has slipped by defenses for clutch grabs all season?

Enjoy that delusion, guy.

This shows you have not watched Panther games, or you know that statically we may be a running team, but we really are not. But whatevers, believe what you need.

Didn't Case Keenum or some poo light them up a week ago? Lol.

You could argue Cam isn't even the same QB now that he was when we played the first time. Furthermore there is no reason to believe that Teddy Bridgewater isn't going to light you up next week

I want the hawks pay back again at home.

I want the cards pay back for jack Delhomme throwing all those dang picks back in the day against them.

Us beating a back up qb don't count for the revenge tour.

This^^^.  Only one way to the top, beat the best at their best.

Right now AZ and Seattle are seen as our biggest threats and they've got some payback coming for previous playoff games.

Revenge tour continues...

    • I’m not mad at Moehrig.  He’s great at what he does.  And to be honest, a lot of my favorite safeties in our history were box-first type guys - Maxie, Minter, Mike Mitchell, Chris Harris…  they’re first and foremost objective was to put people on their backs and coverage was secondary.  There is a place for that.  There is a definite need for that.  Physical guys that set the tone.  So cool, we have that in Moerhig. But what we have lacked for the vast majority of our existence is a true free safety that cleans everything up on the back end.  Sometimes they come in the form of a JOAT, like Peppers.  I think he would be a fantastic compliment to Moehrig’s strengths and weaknesses.  If we don’t go after him, I certainly hope Ransom is given the chance to grow and develop in real-time with real game reps, because what he did in preseason was very encouraging to see.  I hope he can grow into that roaming center fielder with a little bit of an edge to him as an enforcer as well.  He has the tools.  In the meantime, adding Peppers would only help.
    • Option 1 is most likely. Even if he kills it this year, it wouldn't be prudent to rush an extension for one good season. If you have to pay him more because you waited another year, then he earned it. And that's OK. Adjust accordingly.
    • Cam had the advantage of having a very strong supporting cast his first 2 seasons. Things definitely worsened later on. But those first couple of years can kill a QB. Some never truly recover. If they do recover it takes years, and usually with another team. Trying to learn to be an NFL QB with TEs and WRs that are trying to learn too is a recipe for disaster. Imagine if Cam's rookie season was that 2014 offensive squad. Changes everything! I said it when they moved up in 2023. This team wasn't ready for a rookie QB yet. Anyone that thinks Stroud would have been a lot better is delusional. The correct formula is to build a strong team and then you go get your rookie QB. Not the other way around. BY is going into his third season and we're still trying to put a respectable group of WRs and TEs around him. I think they have the right personnel now. Unfortunately they haven't developed into actual NFL players yet.  This season we should expect consistency and aggressiveness from BY. Mostly for his development but also to DEVELOP his young cast.
