This is the biggest game in the history of BOA

There hasn't been a bigger game in the history of BOA.

Sure there have been some great games, with a lot on the line that have been played in BOA, but none of the past games have had the implications of this game.

These are my reasons why there has never been a bigger game:

-Divisonal round in Playoffs.

-Carolinas First #1 seed @ home in playoffs

-Panthers have the NFLs MVP, DFPOTY, #1 offense, Top 5 defense, etc...

-Seahawks, our biggest rival hands down from the past 5 years. There is not a bigger/better team that could be coming into town to face us.  Lots of history here...

-Panthers fanbase is at a all time high right now, so PSL owners are less likely to sell their tickets to opposing fans.

Did I miss anything?

The only game that could upstage that is the game next week vs. GB or AZ....

It will be for sure the craziest game I've been able to be a part of. Last years cardinals game was rockin even in the rainy weather, I have to think this year will be even better. Im hoping its 90% panthers fans and we are loud and crazy. The atmosphere in uptown this week is electric, tons of panthers flags and gear and even banners on the cranes

I have a really hard time calling the seahawks a rival when the series has been so one sided. If we win this week, then it will be a rivalry.

Otherwise, they're just a team we've happened to play more frequently.

It's been one-sided in terms of W-L (yes, ultimately the stat that matters), but all of the games have been super-competitive. I think it can absolutely be considered a recent rivalry.

Yeah and it doesn't seem like either team hate each other like traditional rivalries. They seem to have a mutual respect for each other.

    • That he gets worse while at the same time getting more exposure is just typical.
    • And, yes, I've been a slow boil, but watching continually watching shitty displays of football for weeks has me frustrated.
    • Bryce just didn't maximize Hunter Renfrow's skills. ***rant incoming*** But this isn't just about Bryce Young mistiming passes to Renfrow so bad that he's going to get Renfrow killed or hurt, this is also about incompetentence by Dave Canales. Renfrow can still play. He's putting DBs in a blender out there---making them play twister at the top of routes to keep up with him, and dumb Dave has the nerve to cut him. How about putting Hunter in the best position to help the damned offense by appreciating his skill set, DC? You're letting Bryce's apparent inability to make an accurate throw, or at least his timidity to push the ball down the damned field cloud your judgment and miscalculate talent---or maybe just miss on talent just as much as Bryce misses passes due to playing pussified football. It's fúcking unacceptable.  Speaking of misjudgment, I don't know if it's Dan Morgan or Canales, but Eijiro Evero is not the business at DC. I have said a few times that his scheme is not conducive to run-stopping efficiency. Hell, and after watching some clips of plays, now I absolutely know why. The gaps are at least half open before the play even fúcking starts. You are setting the opposition's RBs up for success with too much damned space at the line and in the second level. If our guys are taken out in these areas---at the line and in the second level---then the defense is screwed because it must rely on the safeties to cover too much ground to make the tackle. At least put Ransom in who is motivated to seek and destroy if you're going to effectively leave the safeties on an island.  And speaking of rookies, get our two new defensive ends more snaps to see if we can't generate more of a pass rush. For all the good the continued sorry display of defense that you're putting out for fan's to see (Ejiro, Dave and Dan), you may as well get the rookies generously involved. Fúck that money we gave second-rate (maybe second-rate) vets, we need a damned spark getting after the QB. Watch it, it's just another breakdown of the sh¡t we were subjected to last week. I say this with all respect: Fúck you, Dave! Fúck you, Dan! Learn how to run a fúcking franchise. Maximize the players, regardless of what you think you're supposed to do by the book. Cut the dead weight before another season is lost and fans lose interest in September. EE is "Ew!" Or for emphasis "EEw!" /end rant
