It would be talked about and scrutinized for months from every talking head in the business. This game will not be blatantly one sided. There may be a missed call or two, but for sure not one sided.

I've thought about this as well, I mean, you kind of have to with how the league has been for a while.  Payton's last game probably, so a storyline of going out on top is kind of scary.

But I hope it's more like "The NFL wants to prop up Cam with a win, to boost the rivalry with Wilson, two SB QBs for the next 10 years fighting it out."

No, the refs will make all kinds of calls that favor the Broncos. After all, it's not like many people will be watching. 

Officials get graded just like players do. I don't buy into conspiracy theories in this area. The guys calling the SB are there because they've gotten good grades throughout the season. Make too many bad calls and you don't get to ref playoff games, let alone the SB.

      FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.

      That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?

      Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
